Climaco Auto Body Inc. ("we", "us") runs climacoautobody.com. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Estimate requests: your name, email, phone, vehicle make, model and year, the service you need, your insurance company (optional), your message and any photos you upload.
- Technical data: our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security.
- Third-party content: pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the contact page shows an embedded Google Map. Those providers may receive your IP address.
How we use it
- To prepare your estimate, contact you and schedule your repair.
- To share photos and details with your insurance company when you ask us to.
- To keep the website secure.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Photos you upload
Photos are emailed to our shop and a backup copy is kept on our server in a private folder that is not accessible from the web. Please avoid including people's faces or license plates of other vehicles.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and photos for up to 12 months unless they become part of a repair record, then delete them.

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13.
